Lack of demand is not the problem! The supply is limited by where you live, and the advertising that you do.
Your real competition is another person that happens to advertise for the same product, with the same advertising approach, close to where you live. But even so - I now have my wife and one other person locally in my city. It hasn't hurt me a bit. Honest.
Let me repeat: I've seen VERY VERY few auctions end without a sale taking place. Demand is plentiful!
